The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff are friendly and helpful, with special mention to Mr. Ayman Farah from the hotel restaurant, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast provided is a great start to the day, with a good variety of options to choose from.
Everything was satisfactory.

This place shouldn’t call a hotel. The employees are not to the hotel business. They don’t know the meaning of Service. They’re trying to loot your money in anyway they can, be aware. The cleaning is once a year.

The hotel staff were very helful and friendly. Very clean and professional. Only thing is its a taxi ride from the town centre but only by 1.5 JD. Overall excellent experience. Would highly recommend Al Fanar espesially if you are travelling as a family or group. All hotel staff spoke good english.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the staff paid close attention to every little thing, ensuring that everything was in order and I felt well taken care of. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and the spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.
As for improvements, I believe that all aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

We used the hotel only as a base for our excursions since we had a car. The room was small but adequate. Cleanliness is very good. English were spoken only by the receptionists. The guy who runs the small shop was the most helpful. It's a good hotel for just a sleep after your excursions.
At check in there was only one receptionist and couldn't cope (I was waiting for 15-20 min). Obviously there are always two receptionists but for some reason there is only one in place. The breakfast was totally inadequate. I asked in the afternoon to bring me a toast at the lobby cafeteria but didn't understand and it never came. They advertise sauna/steam bath but you don't want to visit it.

First of all, the staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Just like the receptionist Nada and her colleague, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When something broke in our bathroom and couldn't be immediately fixed, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable.
Our experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

The place was amazing in everything so clean so comfortable and the food was great, I would really stay in this hotel in the future, also the reception was very nice and helpful to us specially a guy named (Maher) he did an amazing job for us ... thanks a lot Maher, also we had the chance to see a traditional wedding party at the hotel lobby which was fascinating.
I would suggest to replace the TVs in the rooms with LCDs ones.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, not too far from the airport and within easy reach of all important areas. Although the avenue is not particularly exciting, the hotel's amenities make up for it. the rooms are cozy and offer ample heat and hot water, while the breakfast served in the lovely dining area is quite delectable. the hotel's exercise room, pool, and hot tub add to the advantages of staying here.
There seems to be an issue with the reception desk. During check-in, some guests had to wait for quite a while before their rooms were ready, and their bookings were not in order when they arrived.

I stayed at the sixth floor for a conference at Al fanar Palace Hotel in Amman and was very happy with the standard of the hotel and the friendly service, the room was very spacious and clean. I found the restaurant food excellent, and the hotel location is in the centre of Amman, I did not try the heated pool but it looked clean. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Amman for business or pleasure.

Friendly and convenient
I need to post my complaint about the hotel here at your website. It was a nice stay at Al Fanar Hotel, the management needs to stay on top of things. Rooms don't have nice TVs, water shuts off periodically. People are smoking around the hotel even in rooms when it says ( No smoking ). Rooms are not clean enough.
